Who can use FakkaPay?
Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in Egypt and has an Egyptian mobile number.
How do I add money?
From your linked bank account, with InstaPay or a debit card, or in cash at any Fawry outlet using the reference code the app gives you.
What does it cost?
Sending money to other FakkaPay users is free. Any fee — for example on some top-ups or trades — is shown before you confirm.
Is investing risky?
Yes. Stock, gold and fund prices can go down as well as up, and past performance isn't a guide to the future. FakkaPay doesn't give investment advice.
Can I use the app in Arabic?
Yes — every screen works in Arabic and English. Change the language any time from Profile → Language & region.
How do I contact support?

How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Security → Delete account. You can also ask us by email — see Delete your account.
